Jesus Christ WW2 is long over. My grandmother who survived it says that in wars there are no good guys. Even filipinos did a lot of bullshit back then. Remember the Makapili? She's okay with the younger japanese and she understands that everyone is just a victim of their government/ruler back then. The common people are usually uninformed and innocent from the war crimes. Besides, Japan is one of our strongest allies since then. They may have some irritating folks who would deny the actions of their ancestors, but they are not the majority. Look at Yui's face when she saw the slums. Clearly, it opened her eyes and realized that Filipinos are respectable and resilient people. These are the types of places that make the philippines look bad, i wish the government would put more funds into removing these corrupt places and making them a decent neighborhood.

If you know the story of that Akane in that anime, long hair sya talaga, tapos may episode na accidentally mapuputol un buhok nya. and they actually cut her hair dun sa scene na un. So she changed her hairstyle to short na ganto nlng..
