To avoid the blisters on the samosa, leave the dough for around 15-20 mins before making them. Do not let the oil heat to high temperature. To fry samosa you need to have low to medium heat oil. You can start frying samosa as the oil starts to heat up. Frying in high temp oil or cooling oil will form blisters also. 🤗🤗🤗
@@Ritika.pathania27 no no. Samosa ko kabhi high heat mein nahi dal na. Heat low to medium rehni chaiye. Oil ko pehle heat kar k phir low kar k bhi nahi dalna. Jab oil garam ho na start ho jaye… jese low se medium pe aana start ho jaye toh aap samosa dal sakte ho. Isse oil ka temperature bhi maintain rahega, oil jyada heat bhi nahi hoga. Flame kabhi high pe nahi karni hai. Humese low ya medium setting mein rehni chaiye. Agar aapko lage ki oil jyada heat ho raha hai toh flame kaam kar de. Samosa is not like pakora so they need to be cooked for a longer time in low flame. I hope this helps. 🤗

I tried making samosa once and it came out with those bubbles thou taste was good. So I was bit disappointed ☹️ but later I got to know it sud be cooked on low to medium heat and yes the last 3 samosas turned out like a real one😅

You can start frying samosa as the oil starts to heat up. Frying in high temp oil or cooling oil will form blisters also. 🤗🤗🤗

@@Ritika.pathania27 no no. Samosa ko kabhi high heat mein nahi dal na. Heat low to medium rehni chaiye. Oil ko pehle heat kar k phir low kar k bhi nahi dalna. Jab oil garam ho na start ho jaye… jese low se medium pe aana start ho jaye toh aap samosa dal sakte ho. Isse oil ka temperature bhi maintain rahega, oil jyada heat bhi nahi hoga. Flame kabhi high pe nahi karni hai. Humese low ya medium setting mein rehni chaiye. Agar aapko lage ki oil jyada heat ho raha hai toh flame kaam kar de. Samosa is not like pakora so they need to be cooked for a longer time in low flame. I hope this helps. 🤗

I tried making samosa once and it came out with those bubbles thou taste was good. So I was bit disappointed ☹️ but later I got to know it sud be cooked on low to medium heat and yes the last 3 samosas turned out like a real one😅
