Amazing recipe,we used to made such kind of balls ONE ALTERNATE WAY YOU can use is after making ball 1st coat in egg then bread crumbs....it gives maaIng texture OR u can coat in light liquid besan with that Bread won't soak alot oil...otherwise bread usually soaks so much oil in it

My family loves it when ever I make. My childhood memories. Just one thing , adding Mayo in it makes the roll more greasy as Mayo is made of oil n egg yolk, so when you fry it turns into oil.. Instead you can add cream cheese to get the creamy flavor..just a suggest😊

Hey, I do this recipe but with samosa fillings or any random masala (spring roll etc) But u must try doing it in air fryer… U don’t get too much oily taste compared to deep frying and it’s healthy as well., may be shoiab bhai can also eat…. Most of the deep fry things in air frier turns out crisp and yumm and more crunchier… I think u should definately try once…

Just a suggestion hope you don’t mind,In last step before frying u should keep d bread rolls for drying once the breads are dried then fry them,after drying it will not b oily at all only if the bread rolls are dried completely,after making the bread roll keep it under the fan for sometime it will be dried itself.Instant after making the bread rolls u will fry it will firstly take a lil bit time to fry plus breads will be very oily,am saying this according to my personal experience and that’s why now whenever we make we make it after drying the bread rolls so that it will not be oily comparatively frying them wet.Btw Ramdaan Mubarak 2 U Guys😇

Just a suggestion hope you don’t mind,In last step before frying u should keep d bread rolls for drying once the breads are dried then fry them,after drying it will not b oily at all only if the bread rolls are dried completely,after making the bread roll keep it under the fan for sometime it will be dried itself.Instant after making the bread rolls u will fry it will firstly take a lil bit time to fry plus breads will be very oily,am saying this according to my personal experience and that’s why now whenever we make we make it after drying the bread rolls so that it will not be oily comparatively frying them wet.Btw Ramdaan Mubarak 2 U Guys😇
