  • I take a quick scout to see how much ice is still on Acorn lake.
I plan on doing some fishing here as soon as the ice is out.
Thank you all for watching my video.

Gorgeous scenery ! One can imagine how enjoyable such outdoor moments are. That was something about how the lake was poisoned purposely. If it wasn't spring fed, the lake would never recover enough to safely be a habitat for fish. Knowing people are fishing for specs that obviously are healthy is a good sign. I would enjoy seeing your future fishing exploits there if you chose to film it. Your Canadian outdoor journey is amazing. Thank you for all of the efforts you put forth to film. Fantastic channel !

Nice looking area, but that’s a shame they dumped poison into the water to kill stuff off at one point. Hopefully all that poison is gone by now since people fish there. Also, if you ever come across cool looking rocks send them my way because I tumble them now lol. I love rocks 😂

I'm sure the poison is long gone by now, that was 100 years ago. we'll at least I hope it is. All the rocks here are the same brown granite rock. You want some quality rocks, go to the great lakes. You can get tumblers by the truck load

@@NatureBound Oh I see and yeah hopefully it’s all gone by now. Also, some of the rocks could be cool unfortunately to find the neat ones they have to be wet otherwise they all look the same. And I know I need to get myself to the Great Lakes. I’m always so jealous seeing people walking along seeing thousands of cool rocks 😭 I’m like no fair I’m stuck around quartz and the other boring kinds lol
