I love the color! Love love love! My hair is really dark. Not black but still. Could I have this beautiful color too?
The best way to achieve this color on dark hair would be to do some highlights or lift the hair overall by 2 levels. Once you reach a good 6 to 7 level, this Technique would work amazingly!

How can I achieve this in one tone darker for the re-grow and the rest of the length?
Hello! Thank you for your interest in this color technique. To achieve 1 tone darker, follow the instructions below:
- For regrowth, use 5A instead of 6A.
- For mid-lengths & ends, use 9N in both of the formulas

I’ve just bought some elumen goldwell - no instructions came with it - as far as can see from these videos it’s applied to dry hair and is it washed out with shampoo or just water? Thanks

With ELUMEN, the application is simple as 1,2,3. 1: apply Elumen Prepare on the hair, dry the hair slightly, apply ELUMEN color, and then after the processing time you can rinse off and shampoo with ELUMEN Wash. 2: Apply Elumen LOCK to secure the long lasting durability. And finally, 3: Proceed with the care conditioning products. Hope this helps!

How long does the colour stay on?
Hello! Thank you for reaching out. Colorance lasts for up to 25 washes. Also, how long @Pure Pigments lasts, which is used in the formula shown here, is defined by multiple factors. Most significant factors are the condition of the hair and the amount of @Pure Pigments used; healthier hair is best for application vs. porous hair, and the maximum amount of @Pure Pigments that is added in the formula (max. is 10% of the total color mass formula) lasts longer than using the least amount 2-3 drops.
@@GoldwellEducationPlus Hi i have bleached hair, can i use colorance with up to 25 washes and is this the zero free ppd and amonia ? i want to go for a darkish brown
Hello and thank you for the question. To go from a light to a dark hair color, there are a few things you need to do prior to application e.g. pre-pigmentation. This requires a professional consultation and application. Thus, we can't recommend to proceed with Colorance for the result you are looking for, as the claims of 25 washes will not apply in this case.
