Since the beginning of 2022, only one home has sold in Sun & Surf, a 2017 custom built home on 110 feet of deep water. This home spent just 4 DOM and traded at $9,100,000 or $1,439.91 per sqft. There were a total of 3 homes that sold in 2021 - including 819 Orchid Way that sold for $17,900,000 in June of 2021. This massive, 12,600 sqft, 9 bedroom, 9 bath home sold after just more than 4 months on the market at $1,412.45 per sqft - over $400 less than the asking price.
There is currently one home on the market in Sun & Surf - 749 Bamboo Drive - a stunning modern masterpiece scheduled for completion in early 2023.
