I like how post rock albums release without any huge hype around them. Meanwhile we get some true masterpieces among them that deserve to be praised. But I still think it's good this way... albums just come out for a little cozy group of people who really will enjoy them. This makes sort of a unique post rock world keeping all by its own and that's amazing. I am more than happy to be into this all.
The one thing I love about post rock (my fav genre) is that there is no vocals...the music creates and forms it’s own images within you, It begins to write a story on its own.
I love Silent Island (and all the permutations thereof). Proper melodies and chord progressions, thoughtful arrangements. So much post-rock runs out of ideas within minutes and resorts to thrashing. This is musical architecture.
im coming back to this album regularly and just to hear the very first notes is outwordly....walls break down, the internal vulnerable self exposes to those amazing tonal landscapes and just floats... this music just heals and caresses. props to the channel for constantly coming up with such great material.
Man, what's this? For those who claim that rock is dead (static) are of course losing the experience of hearing this beautiful music. This is not rock, is pure music. Great upload!! Thank you!!!
I am in love with this music, it makes me feel my genuine unconscious feelings and I am more than grateful to all the artists who create it! greetings from Bulgaria
A lot of work in this album, melodies are pure, it takes you deep ! Love it while working. Very good work Silent Island team. I notice once again that Dan caine contribution is on many excellent post rock album ! ;)
Luc Peters Yeah, actually the artist asked to me share his album so I could not reject him. This issue happened for some other albums too. But I promise that you will not see the same album again. Greetings

Tastes like nostalgia
I'm really a big fan of them and their projects as musicformessier.
Loving the album art
Between the texture and the the colour scheme and the glory rays in the background, the art very much reminds me of William Blake. Lots to explore.
Stunning and beautifully simple. I'll have this one on repeat all throughout 2017.
A stupendous island of tranquillity. Great piece of work
