“Therapy” (Original Song)

This song means quite a bit to me. I have struggled with anger management issues for most of my life. Some of it is related to PTSD. I refused to get help, and it has been very costly to me and everyone around me for a really long time. 2 years ago, I contacted a service specifically designed for Veterans and First Responders. I met the person who has been my therapist for these past 2 years, “C”. She has listened to my ramblings for 2 of the most difficult years of my life. She has been, without question, immeasurably helpful. I truly believe that, without her help, and the support of my family, I would be in very, very bad shape. I only wish I had found her years ago. Things might be very different for everyone around me, now. I would like to dedicate this song to “C”. Thank you really isn’t enough for what she has done, and continues to do to help me…. I still have a long road ahead of me, but I can depend on her to show me the right direction to go..🙏🏻🙏🏻. If you have issues, reach out and ask for help. It really is worth it..
