⭐️Pro tip: did you know UA-cam has the option to change the playback speed of a video?
If there is a specific technique you want to master it may help to slow the video to half speed. Just click on the three vertical dots on the top right of the video (on Mobile) and select ‘playback speed’. On desktop the "playback speed" feature is located in the Settings/gear symbol.

I find with making gluten free cookies that a lower temperature is needed of 140 to keep it soft and moist so it doesn't dry out and crumble take a bit of extra cooking time but well worth it 😀
