People signing papers better make sure they’re no signing their land over. And make sure that $750 check isn’t payment for the land. This is awful.
FEMA gives $750 for immediate food, clothing basic necessities. They give $0 money to home owners but like they did in SWFL during Ian was applied 50/50 rule. If damages are 50% cant repair home only demolish and rebuild. Then if not done by a certain date your fined ect. Until they can claim your land as hazard.
