    Wish you included taxes, opportunity cost of your time, stress, maintenance costs, and other related costs before you get a profit. It’s great to compare that against shares over a similar time period and see which performs better as I’m still not convinced property wins although it sounds cooler to say you own property than shares, weirdly enough.

    6th year financial planner at age 25? That sounds like nepotism to me. I know you don’t need a college degree to be professional financial planner even though you should… but the only way to become a 6th year financial planner at age 25 is to be white and affluent. Even being white and poor won’t cut it for you. You have to be WHITE and come from an affluent family, particularly one with parents in that industry. Nepotism is so damn sweet and alive in America.
