Tirthan Valley is the best place for July rainy season. Come to Kullu & have direct bus 2.5 hrs journey to Banjar. Get down at Tirthan bridge 1.5 km before bus stand Banjar. You have 3 to 4 Homestay there costs 1000/_ per day double bed room beside Tirthan river. Lunch & dinner only cost 100/_ each. I suggest Anglers Homestay the best.
