Mike is one of the most grounded Christians I have ever had the privilage to get to know - faithful to his wife and family to the very end. He is a testimony to anyone paying attention- of what a STRONG Christian man should be. He posseses a voice that is rare in range and ability and uses it on the front lines of battle in music- I respect the man- Stryper for many years was not accepted by the church- and was mocked by the world. They stood their test and the message is even more powerful.

What was intended for evil, God will use for good. Rock and roll music in not inherently evil - it is the intent behind the music and those who are singing and perform it. A Christian who's heart and life is fully His, knows who and why they are singing it. That intent becomes apparent to those who the Holy Spirit impresses upon. Saying that someone is controlled by satan because of the type of music that is being performed is off base.
