- The worst year of my life was in 2023. My health, business, and relationships suffered in the first half of the year. But a moment of breakdown is an opportunity for breakthrough. I hope this helps someone out there.

Trust me this year has been super depressing for me! I cried, felt depressed and even tried harming myself. My close ones distanced themselves from me! I gained weight and became obese and started hating myself! God forbids anyone goes through what I did

I can relate. Almost died in February and just left from the vets office putting my 12 year old Aussie down. He had cancer. My sympathies and a wonderful recovery to us both!

I lost my Father in 2023... He went in an accident by putting his bike in stand and tripped in water. His both hands had grocery items. Then me and my mom came home after my grandma's ritual. He didnt answer my calls. I jumped the walls and saw him unconscious, sleeping and snoring. He suffered like anything for 11 months. Then god decided to take my father away for life😢☹️😭
Rest in Peace to your Father, he is in a better place now. 😔

It's so relatable we all lost something, My coping mechanism was even if I lost something someone lost even more. This is a better coping mechanism.
2023 is a turning point in my life, and I have realized the responsibilities and the true meaning of masculinity. I am ready for 2024 to be an important year, where I can fix the mistakes I've made in all these years and be a man that i wanted to be. I hope everyone will be fine and happy in the year 2024😊👍

Breakthrough after Breakdown!

Since 2020, I've been through 4 bad years. In 2020, it started on the 2nd of January. 2021 was mean on my relationship due to the pandemic. Meanwhile, in June of last year, I went through a brutal out-of-body experience. It was so bad that I contemplated "ending it all". The experience happened just after my birthday.
2023..... was like 2021, but without the pandemic. This year was extremely difficult due to other people coming first before me. I wanted to embark on my independence, but my family held me back in one way or another.
Anyway, I totally know how rough life can be. I cried either with my fiance or completely alone.... However, no matter how many times I cried, got shamed for it, I got back up and pushed fowards

But we went to different schools and that's how I lost them. I was afraid of making new friends, cause I didn't knew how to do that. And I am still trying to learn how to do that, trying to move on. i feel you, 2023 made me mentally breakdown near 4 months ago and I couldnt escape it and the things I've seen got me traumatized and now I feel much better and hoping for 2024 to be better

This is truly inspiring and i am sad for what happened this year to you. I worked very very hard for my 1st year examination but i didn't get marks as good as my exams due to bad examination system. I felt bad and i broke down. Now I didn't give as much time to studies as i used to do in 1st year but this video breakthrough my break down.
My family also has high hopes but there hope also broke and now their hopes are at lowest point and now after seeing this video i understood things are going to more good
I believe that motivation is always inside a person. And this video boast up my internal motivation.

2023 eat me a live, lost my grandmother, my aunt and dad had to go through emergency surgery almost took 4 months to recover lost all my money but still had my job and no strength to go to work gain a lot of weight and when I was at my lowest point,people I thought was closest ,they disappeared like they didn’t know me.

Everyone has different experiences this year, but 2023 has been one of the best years of my life as it was a very fun year for me personally. It’s a lot better than 2020-2022, and the only good year so far in the 2020s. I’m looking forward to 2024 being an even better year.
