I'm not sure why your EZStation 3.0 has problems downloading footage but here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
      1. Go to Control Panel -> System Configuration -> Recording (in EZStation) and make sure the downloaded recording path is valid. You can try setting it to a different folder to see if the issue persists.
      2. Make sure you have enough space on your computer to download the files.
      3. Delete the EZStation 3.0 settings folder "C:\Users\Public\EZStation 3" and restart your computer. It could be a misconfiguration in the software causing the issue.
If that doesn't help, you must try contacting Uniview support. They will be able to assist you further. Good luck!

Hi Jaden I enjoyed your vid thankyou. I have downloaded several versions of EZ Station 3. I am unable to login. I tried 123456 as password and I used my own password. I received messages wrong password" Do you have any suggestions ( I previously had EZ Station 2 on this computer - is this a possible cause of the issues I am having? I am grateful for any suggestions you may have

You can try performing a clean installation of EZStation 3.0 by uninstalling the software, deleting the folder "C:\Users\Public\EZStation 3", and reinstalling the software.
It's probably a misconfiguration from your copy of EZStation 2.0 that's conflicting with the new version. Deleting that folder results in a clean installation which should fix your issue. Let me know if it works!
Also, thanks for watching out videos. Glad you enjoyed.
