I think they added the mechanic that bosses will always one-shot your base, regardless of HP. Probably did it because of people abusing Tempre's 1st phase in the forest map.
One thing you didn't take into account that it's hard-coded if Mesh Skull tempre disappears skull tempre 2 spawns in the same position as skull tempre, game doesn't give a flying (watch your word) how did skull tempre disappear

No he only died because tempre has a 2nd phase so you can tank a boss
i remember being able to do it too while it was on his 2nd phase but it was like 2 years ago@@ManSender
they did make it so some one shot your base no matter phases or hp

This only applys if you didnt finish off phase 1, once phase 2 starts and you lower its hp to the right ammount to tank, you will live.
