    every sequence of bits is code; actually, its polyglot code, because depending on how you interpret it (as a number, as text, as a C program, ...) it means something different
    the code only means something in relation to something external (or "meta") to itself

    Come on not Kazakhstan but from Uzbekistan. Quote from wikipedia:
    He was born into a Persian family[5] and Ibn al-Nadim gives his birthplace as Khwarezm[23] in Greater Khorasan (modern Khiva, Xorazm Region, Uzbekistan).
