Too true!though i am watching thos content today ..but i have applied it since one year into my life.snd actually it works great .after being a mother life was very difficult for me ..as a working lady ..i am a doctor.at times it was difficult for me to do work baby and home.but than i altered my lifestyle and achieved almost all the points which i set for me in last year .10 pm to 8 am is my no phone zone.
I worked for 5 years as a night Manager in a 5* hotel and morning I was working on myself to learn new skills. I was sleeping only 5 hrs a day and today I'm Running my own company. When I fell asleep I slapped myself.n me khud ko abuse krta tha bc jyda nhi sone ka and all are worth it. I'm a very hungry person because I Believe in big success.

Working in rotating shifts is itself a challenge... I have experienced it for 14 years of my professional journey... Lots of challenges associated with working in rotating shifts.. Viz putting on weight, biological clock imbalance, reduced immunity,improper digestive system,lack of sleep etc etc... But after those 14 years of professional journey in rotating shifts, finally I got rid of it a year back and since then all my health parameters are more or less within limits.... As it is rightly said, A sound mind dwells in a sound body!!!

Sir, 2 years ago I had seen your video wherein you spoke about the reaction you had received when your class 10th results were out...Last year when I was in 9th I had scored 75% marks in the final exam and since then the taunts, sarcastic remarks made by my family and relatives made me very depressed..I had lost all hope ,but then I started reading your books and saw your videos and they pulled me out of my dark phase.I had decided that 'Ab aukaat par Karn hi hai'....And I am extremely happy to tell you that my class 10 results were out on Sunday and I have scored 90.2% and most importantly " Aukat paar Kara Hain" thank you so much Sir.. (Ps My birthday also falls on 22 nd April, same as yours!!!😊) Ab toh aur Aukaat par karke khoob machana hain.
You are right .Best concentration is early morning .I automatically awake around 4am . Recently I designed LED Garden on River front kota .Early morning I use to go on site and trust me all ideas comes in mind so fast that I myself was amazed many times . Me and my friend started a habit recently- In morning and night , going through the day we planned and see what we did accomplish and missed . how we are progressing holistically towards our goal . We don’t loose the track of your goal this way . We also made each other true goal buddy who Will make each other more accountable. Just wanted to share . Thanks
