Wonderful job. An American made pouch built to carry American made products. What a beautiful sight. People tend to hate on those AAA Solitaire Maglites but those little LED lights are fantastic.

Wow. I was anticipating it to be a lot more cumbersome than what it turned out to be. That thing is damn tidy and efficient. I just learned to sew this summer and I purchased an industrial sewing machine capable of sewing through some thick tough materials. I think I could save some time sewing those smaller compartments with the machine, but there is definitely something to be said about the strength of the saddle stitch, and the mark of craftsmanship and human touch that it displays. I feel this is like something my granddad would pass down to me, something made of that beautiful black veg tan tooling leather. I've messed around with upholstery leather, but your video was super inspiring. You have tremendous craftsmanship, and I aspire to get to your level of craftsmanship.

It never would have crossed my mind to attach the flashlight and firesteel loops like that. I attached it hanging out and it catches on everything. I'll have to keep that method in mind.

Wow, that's a masterpiece! Great job, you are definitely skilled in leather working. I was thinking perhaps for the zippo pocked I would have had a finger hole in the bottom to allow you to push the zippo up and out easily. Otherwise you're pulling it by the lid. I suppose if it releases easy enough you wouldn't need it.

Its a good idea to put a thin layer of leather or even cloth on the inside of the zippo pocket to cover the inside of the clip. Otherwise over a period of time the inside of the clip scratches the shit out of your zippo.

You don't have to explain the obvious but some explanation would sure help me as a new leather worker. Anyhow, thank you for the video. Nice work. Do you have a pattern along with snaps of this particular pouch I can aquire from you?
