It blows my mind how many people do not get a survey of the property. Once the markers are set bury a Heavy Steel Fence Post in concrete so are not easily removed. Do this no matter what as you never know what type of neighbors you have now or in the future. Fences are an excellent idea. I know they are expensive, but maybe it could be included in the financing. Great Advice on making a purchase. So much JOY in your niece, I luv it.

And someone builds a garage on part of adjoining piece thinking it’s theirs. Proverbs 22:28- talks about landmarkers. territory, landmarks were to be erected to mark out each property, and they were never to be removed, because removing them would bring a curse upon them. The final negative command in this chapter refers to cheating others out of land or property. The technique described is manipulation of markers or records. So this tells me, YOU are SMART! We are South Carolina natives that live in Indianapolis and my 9 year old baby girl is on her 2nd year in garden club at school and she loves it. We have 9 acres in Martin, SC that is 4th generation passed down to us. Mineral Rights is another factor. My brother build a house in a rural area. Then years later a mining company sent a pipe horizontally under his land to do fracking. It is a trade secret what fluids are being pumped under his ground to frack. He doesn't trust his well water anymore.
It is understandable why your brother would be concerned. Mineral rights can be complicated and sometimes lead to situations where landowners feel they have little control over what happens beneath their property. If he’s worried about water contamination, it might be worth testing the well water regularly and consulting with a legal expert or environmental consultant to understand his rights and options.
Right I would love to show our children our chocolate children they can buy the land that was taken from or denied us etc and just live simple and in love of the lands we help to become what they would not be today without our doing

That is great for Alabama. It should be made a requirement here too. In Georgia, there is not a statewide requirement for soil tests when selling land. But, I definitely recommend to conduct a soil test, especially if the land will be used for agricultural purposes or development, to ensure the soil's suitability and to address any potential issues beforehand.
When does Alabama require the soil test. Will that be when you are ready to build or farm? I bought land in Alabama and no mention was made to soil test. I will inquire about it though .

This video really touched my soul to see a child get excited sseeing how crops are grown. In the intercity children don't see that that's why I grow some veggies & fruits in containers. The kids & adults get excited everytime they see me drop seeds then they walk by everyday & see them growing. Some people never seen the natural state or never seen how the fruits are grown. Ring Camera's work real well. You can talk to them as well as look at. He has emotion detector that comes on. They will make it come so up on your television if you set up that way.

If her dogs are on her private property her dogs can go wherever they want. She doesn't have to tolerate trespassing just like other people don't.
Dad and I do not own any dogs. And, the woman and her dogs are not our neighbors. They are crossing over another man’s land to reach my land.

Good advice .we're in Alabama on 21 acres and its a requirement to soil test.
That is great for Alabama. It should be made a requirement here too. In Georgia, there is not a statewide requirement for soil tests when selling land. But, I definitely recommend to conduct a soil test, especially if the land will be used for agricultural purposes or development, to ensure the soil's suitability and to address any potential issues beforehand.
When does Alabama require the soil test. Will that be when you are ready to build or farm?
I bought land in Alabama and no mention was made to soil test.
I will inquire about it though .
We're in Montgomery..before we could begin our build ..couldn't do a thing until it was completed.

This video really touched my soul to see a child get excited sseeing how crops are grown. In the intercity children don't see that that's why I grow some veggies & fruits in containers. The kids & adults get excited everytime they see me drop seeds then they walk by everyday & see them growing. Some people never seen the natural state or never seen how the fruits are grown. Great video and I wish I knew these things years ago. My biggest mistake was buying property and then finding out that it required a very expensive septic mound system, instead of the cheaper in ground system.

Ring Camera's work real well. You can talk to them as well as look at. He has emotion detector that comes on. They will make it come so up on your television if you set up that way.
