Beautiful tutorial sis & thanks a lot for sharing. But if my head perimeter is 12 & I have the 13 by 6 frontal, do I still need to cut anything?

Yes you will need to reduce it to 12 Whis is your ear to ear perimeter. So, I will have a remove 0.5 from each side
