his early works didn't had the high contrast we known him for, yet here we are
This must be a joke. Wes Anderson shots are so simple, formulaic and predictable. Everything is shot in symmetry with the background plane flat to the camera. Movement is always a flat sideways camera dolly or rotation 90 degreees. He is the easiest guy to copy. There are entire videos that mock his simplistic style and 1950s color palette.

I believe you must edit it again after Asteroid City.. there's one scene when they're having lunch that resembles 50's adverts, along with other beautiful shots as well...
