Nick, thanks for all the value, longtime fan. What objecitve would you choose for boosting local store foot traffic? Meta Store Traffic objective just brings shit results. We have tried everything from Sales, engagement to reach. Nothing seemed to stand out. Which one would you pick?
Hi Nick, I have launched 2 ad sets, Video vs Photo. Same concept about Gifting, adopting the 3:2:2 method manually, instead of going Flexible. After 5 days of running, only one particular video ad made profit, while the remaining five ads haven't generated any sales. I'm considering pausing these underperforming ads to reallocate the budget towards the successful ad. Do you think this strategy is viable, or should we allow the remaining budget to run across all ads and see how things unfold?
Nick why don’t you horizontally scale? You only do one campaign per account. I’ve found dup’ing to high budgets is a great way to scale fast without messing with the optimization per campaign. Thoughts?
Thanks for the valuable content! If our product has a decision-making process longer than 14 days, what strategy would you recommend for scaling? Should we focus on the last 7-14 days’ performance instead of relying solely on last-day results? Appreciate your insights!
hey nick Can we lie on our agency website about our portfolio like putting some fake portfolios to get initial client its hard to build credibility as a new starter as your student what you recommend going and say we have not run a single ad and we can manage your 5k adspend ? i think most startups lie but i can be wrong what you think
If you’re currently running one campaign targeting Australia and you want to expand to NZ do you just add it into your current campaign or will that ruin performance?
You said that if a campagn wasnt hitting the target cpa, you would decrease the budget by 20%, shouldnt you just go in and turn off the under performing adsets?
Depends on the scenario. If it’s a new ad set we launched with a fresh set of creatives that is under performing, then yes we’ll turn it off. If it’s an ad set that is under performing, that has historically been a winner, we’re only going to turn it off when we have a new adset take majority spend with better results
You ever test introducing new creatives into existing ad sets?. Facebook account is always suggesting to combine assets to “avoid audience fragmentation” honestly I don’t know anyone who introduces new creatives into existing ad sets, but in theory it does make sense to.
Nick i wanted to ask that when charging performance fees, how do you guys actually calculate the increase in profit precisely 😂 Don't most clients lie spin things around when it comes to their business expenses & profits? Also if somebody charges performance fees, do you think it is better to charge a percentage of ad spend?
@@NickTheriot Yeah just trying to find out what’s the minimum budget for testing a product. But logically you should start at a budget to get atleast 4 sales with a good cpa to be able to get more sales with another 20/25% increase
Problem with that, is until you're actually getting sales, your target cpa is a hypothetical number. Just because you set that as a target doesn't mean you'll get it. This video is a great example of us having a target of $30 but hitting $100 for the first 30 days then finally cracking $30 cpa. ua-cam.com/video/ZVcf93vxIUM/v-deo.html
Don't you think it is funny that many people while learning just technical things don't even know core basics of marketing, with terms like Product Lifecycle, 7 Ps of marketing etc? 😆

I would focus on leads and have some type of thing people get when they optin
Nick can i launch new ads in my active adset which is performing great or should i always launch a new adset ?
I always do a new adset everytime i have creatives to launch

I never edit a flexible ad after it's launched. Turn off the adset is the only change i do after launched

I have videos on that, used to do that all the time in 2021ish era. Sucks from a longevity perspective and stability. Also a lot more work to manage
Theriot cooking up some videos, yessir!!
You already know!
Hey Nick, thanks for everything thing man!
We have a question, is it still the format 1080x1350 you use for video ads on meta? Or is it 9:16?😊
I like 9:16 while keeping things within a 1:1 safe zone
@@NickTheriot where is that video for testing Fb ads in 2025? what's the name of it?
Nick i follow 1 cbo like you suggested, can i do another cbo with adv+ shopping campaign ? whats your experience on that ?
I wouldn't waste my time
Great video sir 💯
Thanks
Hey Nick, I am pretty new to Facebook ads what do you think is a good daily budget for a starter with a low budget. Please let me know.
Whatever you can commit to for 30 days without being emotionally tied to it
Thanks for the valuable content! If our product has a decision-making process longer than 14 days, what strategy would you recommend for scaling? Should we focus on the last 7-14 days’ performance instead of relying solely on last-day results? Appreciate your insights!
Correct, i would just look at a longer time frame
I saw for October the CPA was $33 but your target was $30. Did you scale up then scale down that month as it was going over the target CPA?
I’m not scaling or scaling down, just holding
what program do you use for the analytics dashboard?
Triple whale
If we have multiple products for a brand. Do you still suggest going for 1 campaign or can we build different campaign for different products?
More campaigns for more products dilutes focus, energy, and effort, making scaling harder and longer

Wouldn't recommend it. Just offer a refund guarantee for the first couple of clients
If you’re currently running one campaign targeting Australia and you want to expand to NZ do you just add it into your current campaign or will that ruin performance?
I would just create a new campaign
@ thanks bro

What is the name of the site I’m you are using to with the roars and ncpa
Triple whale!

I ignore that
Nick Why is there so much confusion between the roles of Meta ads expert, performance marketer, media buyer, copywriter, and creative strategist? 😅
Everyone has their own perspective on what their position is
Do you have a video working on a brand new ad account ?
Yes it’s called $0 to $30k
Nick i wanted to ask that when charging performance fees, how do you guys actually calculate the increase in profit precisely 😂

I have a lot of clients use triple whale and log all their expenses, so it's pretty accurate OR get access to their P&L at the end of each month
@NickTheriot wow bro very smart 🤓.
Wasn't expecting Triple whale 🐳
How do you decide the hard deck for a product?
How much I can spend for 30 days without being emotionally tied to the results
@@NickTheriot Is there not a rule that you are using that starting daily budget should be 3 times the targeted CPA for a product?
I’ve never followed that.

Are Meta Blueprint certifications worth it for beginners to build some credibility?
Since they're free yes
@NickTheriot starting one costs $100 and advance one are more expensive 😅
Nick do you or did you mentor Issac and Paul Han, Im looking in to getting into your inner circle soon.
Yes they’re in my inner circle
Don't you think it is funny that many people while learning just technical things don't even know core basics of marketing, with terms like Product Lifecycle, 7 Ps of marketing etc? 😆
100% that is why I dedicate majority of my content to this
Golden!
Thank you!
