I've been playing FIFA since 08. I've always HATED the 4321. Mainly bc of how narrow and over attacking the formation was in the past. It used to leave me wide open for easier counters.
But bro, your tactics are genius! I played 5 games in rivals. Won them all and only conceded 3 goals.
I did use your 4231 tactics to defend with a cpl small defensive tweaks once I either gave up the ball or just didn't have the ball.
So the 4321 and your modified 4231 are absolute gem tactics!

4-2-3-1 is amazing for me this year, I’m using fast build up & direct passing for attacking, same width & depth as you, balanced defence & 71 depth (never changed it from broken meta), have my full backs on no instructions, its a more attacking version, ill use your tactics for late game
Do I have to go down to 9 men for these to work?

Wow man. Your 4-3-2-1 settings are amazing. Played 5 games in rivals. Conceded 1 goal in 5 games. Of course I scored less than usual but importantly won all games.

Try these tactics thry some9ne else is tactics none of them work for some reason they has crazy high press can lob a pass from almost where the defence line is to his right or left winger with a cdm with passing of 70-75 while my modric or neymar or madison can even completed a single good lofted pass or a thtrough ball this game is awful

@@gus6391 i have balanced cover wing on the CM of the side my Full back is balanced and the Balanced cover centre on the other side CM

I’m new to the game and not up on this stuff, I don’t even create custom formations so why the shitty answers. It was a genuine question.
@@lesliesangster3841it's just because it was too overpowered it was hard to score against and they would just constantly run through you and score from first shot, hope this helps.

Anything you want and then you edit the gameplans to use the tactics.

Who cares about formation? The gameplay this year is garbage, the only way to score is run from side, direct pass, shoot.. probably thats why 5 def formations were banned

This game so awful its not even funny anymore... constant pressure should be totally removed from the game and ea should just hold their hands up and say its not working how it was intended.. it should come with blatant negatives but it doesn't... R1 controlled dribble is also broken.. you should not have a force field around you that prevents you from being able to be tackles.. utter garbage game
