Hi Rafael, to use the Mercedes-Benz Apps it is necessary to allow and share data from your phone via tethering or hotspot. Once it is done you will able to proceed with your registration. Hi, I recently purchased a 2011 E-250 CGI Advantgarde. I can connect my IPhone by Bluetooth but the audio from the phone (e.g. Spotify) only sounds on the right hand speakers and not the left. The car has a a Harmam Kardon/Logic 7 sound system fitted. All other audio functions on the car work properly.Also the phone audio functions (e.g. Spotify) will not work when cabled up to the car Media Interface - the car advises it is incompatible. Would anyone have a solution to these two problems . Thanks Mark

My car is C Class 200 w204 year 2008.I try to find Bluetooth audio but don’t have. How can I do? Please explain me how to do?
My Mercedes (2017) is suddenly recognising my phone as an ipod through the AUX cord. I cannot receive calls or view maps now as no app can open onto the vehicle. Hope this pairing is an alternative.

If I am right in saying you don't have to have the bluetooth on you can disconnect it?
Hi, if you switch off your Bluetooth then the connection between devices will be lost. If you have successfully paired a device before, it will be remembered the next time you want to connect it. 🙂

I have a S 550 2007. I just upgraded my I phone to a 12. I have tried all of the recommendations to pair the phone, so far I have bee unsuccessful. Please provide me with assistance. It paired easily with my 2019 S450. It is saying authorized but it will not connect.
