My NARS foundation did the same thing! I store mine standing up, so I’m pretty sure it wasn’t just yours. I love the formula though so I just bought my winter color during the Sephora sale and we will see if the same happens. I’m mixing both right now, using my summer shade without the pump like you mention, because I just love the finish, longevity and tones are perfect for my skin tone. Regular price is $49- I don’t think asking for a non-faulty pump is too much. 🤷🏼♀️ Enjoy watching your content Mandy…Thank you! ❤
I’m also one of the rare few that don’t love the nyx concealer (I only use concealer on my under eyes never on my face) for me I swatched sigma palettes in store and felt meh but I have been enjoying their smaller ivy palette. I also felt meh about that hair oil I have wavy dry hair. Would love a video on your hair recommendations and what oils you use ❤

I heard that L’Oréal Age Perfect Radiant Serum foundation is a dupe for the Nars Light Reflecting one. Haven’t tried the Nars but I have the L’Oréal and really like it.

Hi Mandy~ The eyeshadow palette that I keep pulling out for a quick look is the quad Pillow Talk. When I have some time, I love the Sydney Grace Mel Thompson and Be Mine palettes, along with ABH's Norvina and Nouveau palettes. For concealer, I'm back to Trish McEvoy Instant Eye Lift as the base, then Shape Taper over it. There's just nothing better for the purple circles under my eyes!
I got the Sigma Untamed palette a few years ago and I wasn't particularly impressed at the time, but I just got the New Mod palette this year, and I don't know if their formula has improved since Untamed, or if I just like the color story better, but I've loved every single look I've done with New Mod, it's been super easy to blend, and the shimmers have been super sparkly. It's quickly becoming my favorite work day palette.
I purchased a product at TJ Maxx from that hair oil brand. Used it once and haven't touched it since. It's a shame the product I bought was a huge fail because my stores have quite a bit of their products there but after my experience I refuse to purchase anything else. At least you had a good experience with the scent because I didn't even get that, lol. It took me 2 reg washes and 1 clarifying wash in order to get that stuff out of my hair 😬 Glad I passed up on the 3 Sigma palettes I found at TJ Maxx and Marshall's too. I keep hearing nothing but praise for them. Thankfully none of the color stories drew me in. 🤷♀️ Bullet dodged... 😄

I bought that Revlon concealer to replace my Candid one because you can't find it anymore. I do think they are phasing it out. The new one, which is the one you showed is great but as you said, the sponge at the top is a terrible way to dispense the product. I waste so much product because often times too much comes out.

I love that little Essence palette. I have to be careful with pinks but I'm able to use that one with no issues. My all time Fav of those 6 pans is the green one (can't remember the name, lol). Green's my favorite color though, lol. If you like greens you may want to give it a try. Can't beat the price point on them to boot... 🤷♀️
Bummer you didn’t enjoy the concealer. I’ve tried so many concealers and this one is my absolute favorite, but I’ve learned…build up with very light layers. The only concealer I’ve tried that doesn’t make my under-eyes look dry and cakey.
Me too! I do make sure to put an eye cream on because I am 52 and have some lines. I also use a eye primer underneath my eyes. But I was doing this with other concealers and they looked bad. I just use the smallest amount and blend with my fingers.
Hi! I have major issues with both the NARS pump and the ABH foundation pump. The ABH is my favourite foundation, and I have found my perfect shade match with it, but I am on my 3rd bottle, and every single bottle has had an awful pump!! It drives me nuts! I feel validated! 😂
Being the big Sydney Grace fan that I am surprisingly I am not drawn to many of their palettes. The Tropicolor is nice but it would be too colorful for me as well. I really enjoy the Enduring Love palette though, have gone back and forth on Tiny Marvels. My singles collection is growing though. I have stopped buying palettes for the time being and just creating my own looks with singles. SG has a single called Tangy Citrus which is a shimmer but a very pale yellow which makes a nice inner corner color. I like it a lot.

Briogeo purple package curl charisma hair cream for air dry wavy hair works well for me - have you tried it? Thanks for trying that hair oil, I was thinking to try it but have a few others to first.
I also am not as into the Sigma shimmers as others are. I’ve decluttered some of my palettes from this brand b/c of this. I do still have the mini Rosy and the New Mod palette as I think the shimmers are better in these.
Beautylish just launched a new Natasha Denona palette called the Retro Glam, which is supposed to be a cross between both of those, with lots of gorgeous green shades!
I'm so glad someone else doesn't like that Nyx concealer for their undereye! It was like I had the plague for a while, everyone looked at me like I was crazy when I said I didn't like it. Made my undereye look like an alligator😂settled, cracked and creased like crazy!!
I am with you on the Sigma formula. It is fine, but I tend to grab for other palettes over my Sigma palettes. At the end of the day, I am attracted to their color stories more than the formula. The darker mattes don’t blend out with ease like other formulas. The shimmer shades are just ok. I will not fall for their Black Friday sale.
My Nars foundation...grrr... I bought a pump. It would leak and , even better, spray my clothes. I just bought an air pump container on Amazon and transferred the whole damn thing over. So frustrating. Great foundation, terrible package.
Just a quick thought. The hair oil may not work as well for you as Jessica, because you bleach your hair and she doesn’t. Bleach is killer on hair, looks amazing, dries it out like a desert. 🤷🏼♀️

I DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT buy high-end palettes. But I made an exception for the Ambiance palette. So glad I did. Beautiful and loooooong-lasting.
Feel the same about sigma eyeshadow shimmers..they're dry and not very opaque. For the price I'd like more variety than toppers and mattes

Hi Mandy! Do you have any recommendations for brightening the water line? A nude stick directly in the waterline, or something just below the lashes?
I have two colors of the Nars Light Reflecting Foundation that I store upright and both are disgusting messes from the faulty pump.
Try the curlsmith oil. My daughter has dry, course thick coily hair and it works amazing!

Since Sydney Grace shadows in their premade palettes are magnetic you can totally pull any out and use with other shadows. They pop out pretty easily.

It's not just your bottle of leaky Nars. I think it's all Nars pumps. Absolutely awful and shocking since they're so expensive.
