I’m a bit of a newcomer, but I was definitely pulled down here on energy meant to try and break up the sheer amount of factor farm slave barbecue on the border - and worked for Texas Health, Kaiser Permanente, joined the Army and was stationed in one of the few Chem Battalions from WWII which was also biological warfare training - after surviving zoonotic diseases as a teenager which was thought to have ruined my lungs to the point of using an inhaler. I’m a runner after ciprofloxacin survival and a 690 crunches a day kind of person and my proteins are seitan and beans.
@@vintagefancollector1436 not all of them but I’m with you. I wouldn’t want to live in any of them. But Dallas is a huge concrete city built in some ugly country. Not Dallas’s fault just when you get that close to Oklahoma the rot starts creeping in. 😉. I use to live in Austin. That was a beautiful area.
Dallas used to be an engineering town back in the 1950s and 1960s and the patents created wealth and the wealth created jobs. That is why there are almost 8 million people living in a plain looking place. Ugly is too harsh a word.
@@lisasdfwhightechworld9946 well to each their own. I’ve been there. Ugly country surrounding it and the city is ugly in my opinion and most folks I would think. Money, no doubt. There is still a ton of money to be found in Dallas and it’s suburbs. And just to let you know I would still live there over more scenic cities on the west coast or any of the big cities really. Folks in the south west are just more plainly spoken and more my since of how one should live. I apologize if you felt insulted by my comments. Best wishes 😉
I love watching these films it's Down Town Dallas as i remember it as a child. I lived in Dallas my whole life. I was 6 years old in 1975.😁
I was five, but we moved away when I was eight.
Looks a whole lot different than today
@yes the new detriot? Wut?
@@jaricjohnson6448 LOL....No its booming
I love Dallas
Wow, all of the buildings were still small then.
Looks a lot different...the Hyatt Regency rotating restaurant that has been a part of the skyline for decades is not even there yet
It looks older but in 2018 or 2000 or 3100 years Dallas will look like a big sky scraper city
The next New York City.
@@ankor1066 BWAAAAHAHAHA!!! 🤣
I wish the red Pegasus stayed up
It’s still there, but you can see it best come up from the south..

Dallas was and is one of the ugliest cities around. It’s filled with beautiful women but it’s truly a concrete jungle
You must’ve never been to Houston, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, etc etc…
