    Amul products are out of this world! If you have kids they will love if you mix 3-4 bananas with 200ml Amul heavy cream or whipped cream(straight from the box) in a mixer until it becomes creamy, nowhere in Europe have I found amazing dairy products like Amul has, I am a fan for life!

    Do you have to keep the cream (pack) in the freezer or fridge before making it? And don't we have to add vanilla extract?

      Adding flavour is optional. And store it in the fridge for at least 2 days before whipping. Take it out just before u want to whip. The cream has to be cold when you whip it

    I tried it but when I was adding sugar it is turning out to be veryy liquidyy...coz' sugar contains a lots of water🙄...can u ans what can we doo for this🙄

      Sugar doesn’t contain water. If it gets liquid, keep it in the freezer for 20 mins or more depending on the temperature of your area.
      Next time, start by whipping the cream plain till it thickens a little. Then add the sugar and beat until hard peaks.

      We dont have to keep after using u can place it in fridge not in (frizer ) you can use it 2 or 3 days

      How much fat percent was in your heavy cream?
      Normally cream with 23% fat does not give you a thick consistentcy
      Go for 30% or more fat % to get thick consistentcy

      It means you haven't whipped it enough...you have to whip it until stiff peaks appear

    For it reached stiff peaks and after when i apply to cake it was not in stiff peaks and it some what melting structure what shall i do know pl give me answer

      It may be because your cake may not be completely cool.

      The reasons are
      1= cake is not cooled yet
      2=didn't whip on ice
      3=didn't refrigerate

      Heavy cream is nothing but whipping cream which is not whipped. Like she poured the cream out of the package right? That was heavy cream. When she whipped it, it became whipping cream. :)

      I don't have a beater too
      Try whipping the cream using a whisk for 5 minutes
      Put in the freezer for 10 minutes
      Whip again and chill for 15 mins
