Big fat lie! Igbos are known to be disorganized people in the ancient time with NO king, it was the British invaders that established their kingship except for the people of Anambra.

The great Juju of Arochukwu has a similar shrine in Israel today but am not saying that they are one. Arochukwu and Ohafia kingdom has more ties to that of the Jewish culture and tradition. There has been no relation between the entire Ibo land that was traced to Aguleri. People trying to hypnotize others with fallacy to claim supremacy. 2960 Years of a Tree has nothing to do with other Ibo speaking part of the southeast and south-south region. Arochukwu has more traced of ancient tradition and culture than any part of the Ibo land. Even the colonial/slave masters, the missionaries and Portuguese testifies to that. Oguta town in Imo state and Onitsha town in Anambra state migrated from old Benin empire that is why Onitsha people love Edo/Delta state people more than Ibo/Anambra state where they are residing as an indigen. Some towns in Ihiala local government of Anambra state migrated from Benin kingdom. Some part of Nsuka in Enugu state also came from Edo state and their Benue state neighbors. There is Egbema in Imo state, rivers state and Delta state, but they are one Egbema with the same culture but has no tie to Aguleri. I really don't know how they are concocting this horrible history that all Ibo migrated from Aguleri with more than 100 different Ibo dialect/ intonation existing among the so-called Ibo tribes. Their Ibo language dialects are very different from each other. People of Efik in Akwa Ibom state migrated from Arochukwu as many as other towns in the defunct eastern region also came from Arochukwu or have some Arochukwu clan among them. What relationship did Aguleri people have with Afikpo, Arochukwu, Ohafia, Enugu, Ezeagu, Abakaliki etc. Defunct Imo state are more bloodily related to Cross rivers, Akwa Ibom, rivers delta and Bayelsa state both in culture and tradition than that of `Anambra state. Nigerian Fulani government is working hard now to carve the defunct Imo state territories into south-south region which will help to stop the agitation of this phantom Biafran nation. Nigerian/Fulani government has already conquered the present Imo state to begin the process.

Thanks, the Benin Kingdom was a multi ethnic that came up after the Ogiso so it is relatively a younger setting, being a multi ethnic many nationalities were there of which some Igbos were among them not all, BE it also known to you that Igbo are great travellers and can integrate the Jukuns kwararafa empire that ruled the entire Northern, part of Sudan and Cameron had them too, but their republican nature never allowed them to have a large central rather they developed individual independently state with respect for each other, you can oppress others for any reason they will resist it, else they will break away and move on, records has it both Akalaka from Benin, recently Oni of Ife made some sensitive statements when he said the truth must be told, likewise in the Jukuns kingdom some colonial historians called Igbos the Jukuns of the South. Even the famous Nupe and Haba(Hausa) had them. These their republican nature is the origin of 'Igbo ama eze' (Igbo does not know King) yes you have you bounds in everything where you exceed it you will be told face to face not minding who you are, they ve been running democracy from the homes, when you talk about Arochukwu etc these are settings of historical times, Igbo kingdoms has existed centuries before them.far before Mansa musa Timbuktu and Bantus movements.Pre-indepedent/civil war Igbo Elites did some good works but... we need dedicated new bred to invest in these truth. Because there a great plot to suppress these truth.

Rubbish, Arochukwu is our origin, do we look or behave like anambra people, we the good people of Abia and imo state didn't originated or trace ancestors to Obu-Gad or Israel rùbbish. We've existed before Israel, the Imolites, Abians were brothers divided to create states. we came from Arochukwu and we've more affinity with Rivers than Anambra and Enugu people. We're not related in anywhere. only that we were caved into SE. Anambra people are confused about their origin. Am an African man, I and my ancestors didn't come from Israel or Jews.

This is the confusion in the Southeast. And it has created so much hatred among you people. The earlier you people resolve this problem the better for the progress of the region and what you are agitating for.

Nigerian govt banned history lessons in classrooms so that they can hide the great great amazing stories surrounding us, thus, they killed the tourism industry that these stories could have brought to our different villages, cities and states.
We need our own, so we can flourish these events and make ends using these places, monuments, stories and historic cities.
Ndi igbo is well grounded, And it will be amazing to hear more of these stories.

This is what happens when you think you can just pick up microphone and start walking around thinking that you’re now a journalist.
No coordination, no confidence, no command of English/igbo anything.
    Just confused as hell.
