I have a lot of respect for these people. If you see what they create with simple tools you have to show some respect. In de West there is no one who works this way. Antoine.
Привет! С русскими крестьянами, и фермерами вы одна душа, и складом ума работяги! Всё на коленках, на ходу и всё работает безотказно! Всем благополучия, удачи здаровья!
Definitely made to last, not at all portable. Looks like it will produce good oil and a little refinement on the feed auger would help with the smaller seeds. Thanks for the video.
That is an amazing machine those men built; in the USA it would be over $10,000 there it would cost a fraction of that amount and built super heavy duty; great agricultural implement.
Could you imagine the things they could make if they focused more on quality instead of productivity. If they spent just a little more time on precision work and the machining they would be so much more technically advanced in my opinion.
This whole Chanel is based on showing us how they answer product need at the lowest possible level. This machine is designed to create /squeeze oil out of materials that used oil in other products. And do it simply.
In a world enamored with technology, there's a sanctuary of craftsmanship and simplicity-a humble machine shop where tradition meets innovation. Here, a dedicated team defies the odds, extracting oil essence from materials with timeless techniques. Their commitment to simplicity in the face of complexity is truly inspiring. Having said that, if someone is interested in purchasing one of these machines, could you please provide information regarding its cost or share contact details?
Anyone know what kind of seed they are pressing? Would this oil require some further processing before it's use as what,... a deep frying oil for food prep I gather?
For those who cannot read the markings. It reads 1- "Siddiq Engineering Workshop" 2- "Address + Contact Number" 3- "Model 2023" 4- Name of the Master "Siddiq Engineer" 5- "Engine Oil"
Besides the one moron in blue that had sandals on and thinks closing your eyelids will protect your eyes when welding (it doesn't), I was really surprised to see safety equipment being provided and used. Gloves, leather boots, possibly steel cap, and even welding shields we all employed by the workers ...most of the time. Although there's still a lot of idiot old school workers 31:49 who think closing your eyelids protects your eyes when welding (once again, IT DOESN'T ...at all). As they could attest to with headaches and blurred vision. It was good to see things have improved. Certainly, they couldn't have gotten any worse.
Except you forgot to mention that most of them have lungs full of grinding dust and the guys spray painting have lungs and kidneys full of chemicals. Most of them don't wear safety glasses working on the lathes and sandals don't protect your toes.
Where is the skill in working in the dirt? No body is forcing them to work in the dirt. Is the brush and bin not invented in this terrible place? Working in the dirt shows you care nothing for quality. Let us hope they keep these poor skills to themselves.
This machine will feed their villages. 😅😮
Skilled men working efficiently. Work cordination of the highest level. Well filmed and interesting. I will certainly be back for more.
