Hi sir,
I also bought this stabilizer few days back. I have connected this to TV. I am having one issue today. TV gets power even before second red light blinks. Is this worrying factor?? Normally TV need to get power after second red light blinks..

I think this is not normal
You should replace it with the new one
Because product has warranty of 5 years
