There should be space for washer and dryer near the kitchen floor tuck away in a closet ...and your half bath as yu call it is a powder room..
Build bigger closet spaces.....modern ppl need plenty storage for shoes, linen, bags, pillows, beddings, etc... Huge walk in closets needed n pantries, washroom with lots of storage for soaps etc.....proper ventilation..

As nice as this looks it is pathetic and sad that jamaica has no zoning laws that anyone follows. How do you build such a monstrous edifice in a residential area not zoned for high rises. Why should I love Nextdoor and have you looking down in my yard and all in my personal space. It’s ugly. Not to mention pollution.

If i buy that i would repaint in brighter colours...Change all those cheap materials to real board those bathroom n kitchen pipes must go as you start use they change colours and grill windows...i just want to say i wouldn't buy as is
