I appreciate the guide, as this is one of the most recent I can find posted! However- I'm still at a loss of what to do and find myself just following the group. Your description had me expecting a thorough breakdown of the event, yet I don't really understand how to actually 'read' the bamboo slices. How are you supposed to know which way they are going to fall? Straight line? Circle? Which direction? These are the types of things I'd have liked to see in the guide, which I've still not really found through other various tips and tricks so I'm left to just guess. Seeing it performed live like you've done here is great, but you've not given much reasoning behind how you decide where to go. A bit of an overview with examples of "Here's what a directional slice looks like, it'll fall in such a direction!"- and then using those examples to point out your process while playing it would be HUGELY beneficial. As it is now, you've more shown how it is /you/ have mastered the game, as opposed to helping others learn to master it. I'm admittedly a newb to FF14 so maybe I just need to 'get good', but that's hard when I can't make it beyond the first wave. At the end of the day, it's just a minigame- but I really do want to understand how to beat it

You are completely right. This was a very early video for my channel. It's not at the level of quality and doesn't properly communicate the videos I want to produce. I'll look at finding some time to update this video for future players. Thank you for taking the time to communicate this to me.

@@EavingTidemoore I very much appreciate you just taking the time to respond! Knowing that this was an early vid for you and that you're continuing to develop your content for quality got me to subscribe though! Sorry for my first comment being such a lengthy one- I was frustrated after a handful of attempts. OH! The added bit for where to stand for Anyway the Wind Blows DID get me my first win on that, so big cheers to you for your help!
