I'm making a Halloween blanket and needed a tutorial for a circular candy type applique. Probably not what you had in mind when making this video, but I appreciate that it exists so I can work out how to do the pinwheel shape. 😊

Thanks for the tutorial. But why use yellow and green and talk about red and white? Confusing...

The white and red yarn unfortunately don’t show up well on camera 😅

My white stripes have bits of red poking through the stitches. What did I do wrong? My guess is my tension was off? This is my first time with multiple colors going at once so it was quite the struggle 😅

Hi! Yes, the tension when doing tapestry crochet is a little finicky. I find it helps to tug the working end of the yarn you are *not* using towards the back a little while carrying the yarn.
