FYI: & this may sound wack/corny but idc, i sort-of stumbled upon an interesting method for growth in that aspect (by complete happenstance)..i found that naturally engaging in small talk w/ total strangers (ppl i dont normally socialize w/) ~like @ the bus stop for example, & basically just speak open & honestly about anything really (especially politics LOL) is a great albeit risky exercise. im pretty insightful myself so it isn't uncommon at all for me to notice these subtle improvements in my own character over time. but yeah needless to say, if social tolerance were a muscle, im feelin like ive racked up some pretty mad gains in the gym of life.....sry, had 2 nerd out !
