Hi Grey Gardener. Smashing video, so helpful. I'm a new gardener and have my sunflowers started on the warm windowsil in my kitchen. They're about two inches high at the moment 8th March. I have some fibre pots I was thinking of transferring them to when they've grown another couple of inches. Shall I then plant them direct into the ground in the pots in May? Not bad really, but when leaves are yellowing from the bottom upward, normally that is the plant moving nutrients from the older bottom to the younger, actively growing leaves and shoots.
