Nice list! yeah it's not easy putting a top list together and you have a really fun mix of old and new and certainly some unique titles you don't see mentioned too often in these kinds of lists. I just watched someone else hyping up Faxanadu so I have to be sure to give that one a try. I had a cart of it as a kid but my buddy and I didn't understand what to do and gave up quickly.
For me, I've been having fun putting together favorites lists for individual consoles for a while now but only recently tried making a universal list. Here's my top 20.

Nice video again! It's so difficult to make a list. My first console was the Atari 2600 junior. I play videogames about 35 years now and missed a lot of great games.

Great video Game Freak! I'm one of the few people that actually enjoyed Golden Axe Beast Rider. Surprised to see some modern games in there although Red Dead Redemption 2 was always going to be there before the video started lol. 😎

Oh man!!!! Greatest game EVER!!! It’s on sale right now. It’s a prequel, so if you haven’t played the “first” one yet, it’s no biggie. Plus, RDR2 just destroys the “first” one…..and I love RDR1. I’ve yet to play a game that even comes close to this👍
Golden Axe is so good. Its been awhile since ive played. It got announced last year that golden axe is coming back but no release date yet. Great picks. Retro games are the best.

Sorry, kinda off topic here, but I bit, and bought an 8bitdo arcade stick. Man, I did a deep dive on arcade sticks and they go DEEP on those things! I'm a casual gamer, I don't care about entering any competitions or anything, and I'm really liking the very low latency with the 2.4ghz wireless dongle. I've never picked up and tried a sanwa controller, but this one feels good enough to me to really have some great fun with. Who knows, maybe down the road I'll get to test out a setup with sanwa buttons and sticks and it will blow my mind, but for me, this is good enough. It really does make such a difference for shooters though, holy shit! It's like unlocking a whole new level of fun! Game on brother!!!!
Hell yeah! Playing those flying shooters and Arcade Beat em Ups are best played with an arcade stick. Have fun brother!!!
The og God of war games are my favorites. God of war 1-3, God of war ascension, God of war chains of olympus and God of war ghost of sparta. Ive played the new ones but i always go back to the originals. The gameplay is better to me.

Really good video man. I totally agree about golden axe btw. I’m assuming you’ve also played legend of Silk Road on the evercade? I adore that game as well which is a golden axe clone.. or was it the other way around?
