I played the games before the patch notes were announced, I would rather get the video out sooner? the buffs are not even out yet so I really do not understand the issue??
Was anticipating a PBE vid or something displaying the difference between the changes. Decent editing on the video so it's still something to be proud of. Just feel slightly clickbaited XD.

I think builds like bork into nashor and maybe liandry/riftmaker will be the best. Kata doesnt need the stats from bork, only the passive. And you are kinda forced to build ap to utilize the Q buff
Yeah but they did nerf the on-hit application which means bork passive is nerfed a little on kat. I still think AD will be strong but AP will be stronger with the ratio buffs.

We'll have to see, I think vs squishy lich bane and vs tanky nashors. AD will only be built if you have lots of AP on your team as it will no longer always be the better option
nerf for ad but 100% A buff for AP, 10% more AP ratio with 40 more base damage on a 6 sec cd ability that can hit 3 people and be used safely is insane. 20 less damage on max rank E will only impact after level 9 since that is when you start putting points in E. 5% on-hit removed from R is rlly not as bad as it sounds and has literally 0 impact on lich bane build.

Riot should have buff R ap ratio or flat dmg and not Q to make it playable
I'd say nerf R on-hit and then buff the AP ratio so lich becomes more viable and the other builds would not become broken
