Hi Meg, that sounds like a pressure issue - if water pressure is too high (above 5 bar for QETTLE installations) - you might find you'll need to fit a simple pressure reducing valve. Please give the QETTLE Team a call or drop them an email, and they'll be able to help you.

These include checking your home has a minimum water pressure of 1.5 bar, ensuring you have a normal, 13 amp power socket under your kitchen sink, and the space under your sink.
