I don’t know how I’ve never come across this channel before. I watched 6 shorts, and I already have a road trip mapped out to go take a tour. What’s 16 hours to see all of these beautiful big cats? My husband died in July, and our 13 year old daughter needs something to get her mind off of things. This will be perfect. I wish we lived close enough to volunteer.

Do Jaguars sleep in shallow water? Sounds like a silly question, but I'm convinced at 3:51, that tank would've lay down if his pool was a bit more shallow.
These creatures are amazing, and it's nice to watch. She has obviously gained their trust, but I, myself would never attempt to encroach in their enclosure(s) alone. I remember recently there was a cleaning crew at a Ft. Myers zoo, who thought he could "pet" a tiger, and got a very unpleasant surprise in stead. Amazingly, he called 911 with his freed up hand, while the cat had the other. This guy was not brilliant that night.

Can you put ice in the jaguars water? I’m curious how they’d react to it- jaguars don’t live with ice but it seems like it could give them a great cool down experience and they’d like it on a hot day. Just a couple of bags of ice from the store
