there are multiple options.
1 is put a diaper on (but I really don`t like this one)
2 derestrain the patient and let the patient go on the toilet
3 use a bed pan or a urin bottle
I think that are the options :D

These restraints are not good in case of an emergency the require a magnet to remove them and they are uncomfortable plus fett and arms and abdominal restrains are more then wnough to restrain any paitent
