The Cassava leaves looks good. I am glad you brought up the point where some people thinks a certain dish comes from their country. Where as other countries make it as well. Just cooked another way. My husband is Haitian and they cook Palava sauce however it is cooked differently and called Lalo.

    Vegetables oil
There is no such thing as Argo oil. Back in the day's the English company Argo shipped vegetable oil to Liberia.

There is no one original way to cook a soup that's popular in different countries. In Guinea, that's the original way. In Liberia, we have ours.

Wise words. Any leaves eaten by animals are good medicine 💊. Cassava leaves are very healthy. I cooked mine with peanut butter instead of soda. I'm trying to stay away from the chemicals in soda. Sierra Leone 🇸🇱 Cassava leaves are very nice. I. Don't know how it's been cooked now, but when I was there with my parents, they used to add beans and okra to it as well. The arguments about what other African countries are eating just need to stop. If I go a country and I don't like the way they cooked certain food, I prepared it my way. KUDUS. Lauretta. 😁 the Nigerian friends I know who have eaten Liberian food, love ❤️ it. I eat eba with egusi, but I don't use the leaves that they used because it's too rough for me, so I used spinach.

We don't cook cassava leaf with peanut butter, people who went back home after the war, they introduced peanut butter. We always add soda in our cassava leaf to make it soft.
