Girl… as a “Grebo Girl” with family from Maryland and River Gee, Palm was called “Our National Anthem!😂 (Me growing in a very large household) We ate and breathed palm butter soup cooked in many ways from Monday to Sunday! Sunday’s palm butter was cooked special (Like the holiday ones) but the rest of the week was a variety! This was a staple. We call it “Palm Butter Dry Rice “!
