My company just ordered flashlights, power banks and other products from Nitecore. I was in charge for deciding what products to order and videos like this helped me a lot. Keep up a good work and presentation of the products.
This is so awesome! I didn't expect LiiGear to collab with Nitecore. An issue I face with backpacks is that some seem like they can carry enough but there always seems to be some little bit of extra space they need.
Definitely love your examples of functionalities. Especially with lights. Could be great commuting on my motorcycle or for biking.
that is a beauty ! thanks for the great video, very helpful !!
Great review! Really like the layout of this pack.
Bought an MH10 V2 based on your review and I'll stick with Nitecore from now on. I'm always looking for a different way to carry my gear and this bag looks great. Thank you for another great presentation and a great opportunity.
You consistently do the *BEST* product reviews on UA-cam.
Reviewing his own company's product?
@@CheezusHGrist yep.
There are some other good/great reviewers out there, but who fail to *consistently* check all the boxes in highlighting what needs the product fills, what role it’ll fill in your life, how it does it better than what’s out there, the cons, who it’s for, etc. Moreover, his tonality, which basically lulls you into a trance and holds your attention is up there with the best. In addition, the lighting, which is very off standard, seems to work for some reason, too. About the only thing he doesn’t do quite as amazingly well is his editing.
@@wyattlavigne But it's his own product. It's not a review, it's an advertisement.
@@CheezusHGrist advertisement, sure. Although, he is reviewing all the products his company puts out.
@@wyattlavigne I'm guessing he wouldn't be 100% transparent in any flaws or defects of a product though
Looks sick! Sounds like this bag could really do it all from a work bag to a weekend day bag. Honestly if one is very minimal could even do a full weekend trip with it. Keep it up mj!
Great review! I need to upgrade my backpack
ever since I started watching your reviews, I've come to love Nitecore products already and now running an MH12v2 and an NUP10 for EDC. This BP18 is definitely a better alternative to the usual college backpacks
Very functional and practical backpack. The horizontal molle on the straps is something very different from other backpacks. The quick-release straps make the conversion to a shoulder sling backpack very convenient. Great as an EDC bag. Btw the patch on the bag is a killer! Thank you.
I love all my nitcore products and you always give me great ideas.
Awesome features tbh...... love the internal velcro lining for mounting , making it a modular bagpack compared to the ones I own. Cheers for the great innovation.
I always thought Nitecore was more mid quality , but I recently bought a few flashlights and two small bags from them, and for the price, quality is apsolutly AMAZING !!!
Plus 1 to this
Looks like a great EDC backpack. Slim but enough space to store all of your essentials.
AWESOME REVIEW! 👐 🤜🤛 👍 👏
I've been shopping for a for a sling bag for about a year now.
Your review of the BP18 was very helpful!
Thanks to your review I hope to make a decision quite soon!
Thusly permanently retiring my current embarrassing means for getting all of my essentials from point A to point B & back again!
My daily struggle with my backpack is basically the main pocket only opening half of the way and not having a way to organise, I even thought about hand sewing a molle panel or velcro inside to help with the organisation but I might get it done wrong and only make it worse, so a new backpack is the solution, and your wright, functionality is way better than looks!
Great review bro
Thanks for the really in-depth review MJ! I usually have an issue with my current bag because I sacrifice on the functions (little molle webbing), it has really bad ventilation and the padding is really stiff, it doesn’t have an internal compartments. The BP18 looks really good and functional!
If only inner material using bright color, that would be a perfect bag.
Yes brooooo. I 1000000% agree
Agree! Using bright pouches inside could help.
Wow. Very detailed!
Great item. Excellent for hikers too.
The biggest struggle I face with my current backpack has been the stiching that holds the straps breaking over time
Nice videos 👍
Love the review!
What really grinds my gears about my current bag is how uncomfortable the shoulder straps are. After a full day of wear they dig into my shoulders and create hot spots.
Love nitecore products, already happy 😁 with mh12s, keep up nitecore team.
A great pack for my daily work
Hope to purchase it soon
I like the way you put those TIKI😍, I’ll try next time walking at night. My problem with backpacks is that I only own super tactical ones. This sits right in the middle, seems like a solid choice. Great review MJ :)
Great review as always 👍. My P18 would be right at home in that bag!
Nice, more compact carry than usual day pack. I like the internal water bottle pocket for air travel.
Awesome review 👏 issue I have with my back pack is the weight and not having as much functionality for daily use.
I've used it, it's great. For tactical simply functional, the double zip opening is time safer for me. That's why it's on my "Ready to go" gear.
Currently using a gopro backpack, the material is similar to a dry bag and it's open top as well. Main problem I have with it is accessibility to my stuff inside, difficult to get stuff at the bottom without taking everything else out! Been looking around for a replacement since I'm gonna use it for sch or hiking. This backpack looks great!! Great review as always!
Currently using a Mil-Spec Mo*key back pack, very messy set up, no way of sorting at all. Backing has no ventilation, especially for our climate in Singapore. Always have a wet back after carrying my current back pack.
This BP18, with ways to sort and ventilation back will be very good.
very nice urban carry for me! well done Nitecore!
I never tried backpacking yet. But definitely going to try it. Especially if you send me that backpack lol. Love your videos brother...
This is perfect size for my daily commute
Great Looking Bag it would make an AWESOME EDC Bag to carry my 1911 when I cannot Carry on my Clothing.
Wow! Perfect day pack!
Very cool. My loadout is getting smaller, so my current bag is a bit too big. Very cool to see lii gear collabing.
What a beauty, that was an amazing review as always and this backpack does it all, great partnership.
Take my money! Love the high end exotic bp18
Will need this mid-size functional bag for my daily practical use. Hope to win this
Awesome review! I struggle with enough pockets on my backpacks.
I love BP18 for Motorcycle backpack touring, maybe in the future I'll buy one
I would love to have on for all my gear, it’s set up just right
good combo, bag and chair 👍🏼
Great review man, your reviews always give enough info to decide on purchasing.
I currently use the BP 25 but it doesn't have enough organisation and does bulge quite abit when is filled up.
#NBP20 not NBP25 sry.
Really love the sling bag feature, could never find a functional and practical sling bag, most on the market are all for fashion and trend.
I bought a nitecore mini 2 on your recommendation and I love it. I really like the led screen and the 2 button system.
I like it souch I'm going to get an ec11 and m10c and see which I like better. I want a smaller light that's still powerful- I've got an olight baton 3 but turbo fades fast and the 'high" settung isn't very powerful.
18L is a great size for cycling, the ability to place lights and the chest strap seals the deal as well.
I rotate between 3 bags (2 backpacks and 1 briefcase) for work, though since I cycle to work 90% of the time, I hardly use the briefcase. One of the backpacks is more than 10years old already, and it's nice and sturdy, but the internal organization is falling apart. It has a phone pocket with outdated dimensions on the strap, and a sternum strap. However the only reason I still take this bag on my ride to work is because it has a rain cover, which doesn't fit my other backpack. The other backpack is a daypack, which has almost no padding, not as weatherproof and doesn't offer as much organization as the first one, but it has a more minimalist aesthetic.
I definitely do like that bag
yet another great product review... i sure hope nitecore is compensating you well
You are the best reviewer of backpacks I have seen. Make me feel want to replace my PacSafe, Tumi, and PeakDesign.
Yes I went through all the travel styled safe bags as well until I realized, modular and functional is the best way to go if you don’t want the bag to dictate how and what you carry. Make the bag work for you, not the other way round :D
@@NitecoreSG , once lockdown is over for Malaysia. I will definitely check Nitecore bags out. My Tumi afraid i will scratch it. as it’s on the floor when there is no choice. Pacsafe i have no so practical for daily use. Travel yes.
PeakDesign. way over priced.
Am using the Direct Action Dragon Egg Mk2. 25 liter. Its heavy when fully loaded. Would love to try this new Urban carry Nitecore.
Very nice indeed.
My issues with functional bags is usually space management and size (too big / too small)
The modular system, both molle and hooks and hoops surface attachment makes this an interesting way to be able to customize the storage area to my needs.
Wished you showed if there is a separate space to hold a hydration bladder, and if there is an attachment to secure the item, as that would be a main item (3l hydration bladder) for me to put in along with emergency repair tools and a mini first aid kit when I go cycling.
Size wise it might be a little too big for my current immediate needs (would prefer something smaller) but I think it can be solved with securing straps to take up loose space.
Definitely something to consider.
Great videos. Really love what you're showing about this pack, and I just bought your MH25s bundle - question: You showed the loop surface of the main flap, but does the back of the inside main compartment also have the loop material? I really need to be able to do the same thing on that surface for this to be completely the perfect solution for what I'm trying to do. Thanks
What make and model is the benchmade knife?
My usual struggle is to find a pack that has a good balance in form, function, and pricepoint. I have often found myself hopping between expensive bags and cheap bags and usually am left unsatisfied. This one looks like it could be the bag that would bridge across all my problems hahaha!
Interesting video review.
Organization and accessibility are the biggest issues with any pack for me. Once you factor in size there always tends to be compromises that make items accessible or organized but rarely both. Nice review. GL with the packs.
This Backpack is so beautiful, looks very tactical and cool. My Backpack is way to small to fit all my gear and is not very well padded. Your Videos are so informative. Hope I win it 😁
I wonder who won.
Well congrats to the winner! 👏 👏 👏 👏 🤗
🏆 👐 🎉 🎈 🎊 🎇
Now this is a great looking bag!
My current day-to-day bag has some serious problems with accessibility and sweat retention (like you mentioned.) Every time I need something I have to completely take it off, and more often than not I find the back panel soaked after running around in the hot weather all day.
I'm really digging all the ways you can get into this thing, and all the things you can do with that velcro panel. I'm a sucker for micromanagement. My own gripe is with the bottom of the bag, I'd definitely need to install some kind of padding to protect the electronics I lug around.
I know right, many well padded, comfy bags are not designed for tropical countries.
This backpack is good material and great for your daily uses or hiking for camping.if you never try you never kmow.....
I'd wear this backpack to work daily and I work in a gun store. People love this stuff!
Is the interior lines to keep rain? Or do I need a pack liner?
Cool bag
Damnnnn this is good! Currently using 24L bag and its too big for my liking. Also have a 11L one but that one is too small for me. This 18L seems perfect!!
I'm using 5.11 rush12,.. but i think it's quite big for daily use especially i have energetic daily life... if i can this bag it will help me a lot n it's looks good
when there will be a single-strap backpack like Ndp 10?
The bag looks promising. It's tough finding a bag that holds my dji drone, Nintendo Switch and my EDC.
Outstanding Brother, I use a Slig Bag Every day, I love everything about that Bag, I love the Muilti use ,that Bag Offers, Nitecore products are Rock Solid, I think Nitecore is the Flagship Company that, all other Companies strive to compete with, and You are a Great Asset 👍 Reviewing The Awesome products from Nitecore, Great Job Brother, I would love to own a Bag of that quality. Thank you, God Bless 🙏
love you channel
Nice bag
I live in salt lake city utah, drive a couple hours in any direction and you find yourself in some very rugged country that is tons of fun to explore, this bag looks like the perfect edc bag for city life or a quick hike, how hard would it be to get one of these shipped to the u.s.?
My current edc bag is a travel on anti theft number, biggest gripe is that the padding in the straps has begun to wear out and the metal wires in them dig into my shoulders.
I have tons of bags. Eventually I'm done with them cos they either end up too big or too small. Indeed there are many bags similar sized to this one but... they definitely don't have the features like this one. The conversion to sling bag won me over, gonna make it so much nicer for weekend park walks, zoo trips and etc.
Perhaps time for me to upgrade my diaper bag.
Hands-down on this one!
No slot to attach to rolling luggage?
I realy like this
lots of my bag is sloppy. As a motorcyclist this happen when i sat on my bike..the base of the bag seem to touch the seat and elevated the bag making shoulder strap seem loose. i think this bp18 is looking promising. I'll consider buying if the price point is good.
What’s the knife called on 8.24 .Really liked it but can’t find it anywhere can you please post the name and a link to buy the knife.
Do you happen to make a backpack that’s smaller, to be able to Conceal Carry? I do love the backpack being spoken of in the video, however.
That's a nice backpack
How water resistant is the bag overall?
I work as a security guard and i bring my essentials with me and the current bag I have is too bulky. So, that bag with its slim design would be perfect! by the way, love the nitecore products.
Very nice... It is difficult to find the perfect side with a great configuration
Currently using an Osprey Backpack. Sometimes I dont like it when there is not too much stuff inside as it doesnt hold its form. I prefer something a bit more stiff that will hold its shape :)
Good Video
Hey, very nice gear!
Nice review. Biggest problem with current backpacks is they are usually a one-trick pony. ie. they can only be used under one circumstance like CIty or Outdoor. Rarely can you find one that fits multiuse.
What's the difference between nup 20 and nup 10?
Nice Video
struggle? im currently running a Haley Strategic flatpack plus which is pretty flexible, but it does look brick on your back (ala Death Stranding) when you expand it and shove a jacket inside.
Previously i was running a Maxpedition Malaga, sling style pack which i ran for 4-5 years.
Really wish this pack came in different colours. Specifically the unassuming "Wolf Grey" and a classic Desert Tan
But the big question: How well does it take a Dell Latitude 7220 rugged tablet - it's super thicc and heavy
The biggest problem I have with my current bag is the accessibility to the items inside the bag. It is a bucket top open backpack so if you need to get the stuff at the bottom you have to fish everything else that's on top.
I need this bag. I struggle with bags that fit my frame. I’m only 4’11” tall and most bags are huge for me.
I appreciate you
My current backpack doesn’t quite balance functionality with tactical. I have a 15” MacBook Pro, it carries it well but doesn’t carry all my other security gear very well. I always have to compromise on what I can carry. I hope this bag can solve al my issues.
I always struggle with not enough “pockets” and compartments within common backpacks.
Where can I get this pack?
Ok if i get it right Nitecore is the Apple of Urban backpack, lights, batterie, etc.. right? :)
Look great!
Keep it up!
The only miss is the lumbar part. Backpack with lumbar support is awesome.
I got two piece 18650 3.7v battery from AWT , it is collecting dust for around one year , so I want a flashlight that can took advantage of this battery and can be use as lantern when blackout , is there any recommendations for me for to choose ?
LR50 sounds like a good fit. LR60 as well.
