- At the height of the Covid pandemic, nearly 200 countries started negotiating a plan to ensure they would do better when the next pandemic inevitably arrived. Their deadline for that plan was last week.

@@vinista256 They have not failed since the Agreement was adopted at the WHA and now has to be voted on in the next 18 months including adjusting laws which could hinder a full implemation of the agreement.
