Osho methods are direct and, it is very dangerous for beginners to follow his videos without being expert or an good guru. My suggestion is to go through his followers to understand his methods. Also it is osho followers responsibility to upload videos which are simple and good for common people.

Enlightenment is simply opening your eyes and seeing the truth around you and yourself as a human and a conscious bein. It cant be explained really because it's not really anything but yourself and how you veiw life. People often think that being enlightened will make you see somthing special or show you what's really there . But what is there is only you and your thoughts. And alot of people dont like the fact that they can be in full controll of their life, beliefs,and reality. We are all basicly God in our own mind. "Enlightenment " is just a word used to say.
Alot of these gurus or bodhisattva teach you to follow your own path in order to become content with your life or better to enjoy it. As humans we like to follow or just fit in. But you as your self want more but feel like there is somthing that needs to push you or stopping you from being happy or content. But its simplify the way you perceive your surroundings or un willing ness to make change to improve your life because if fear of somthing.
But the only thing really holding you back is your self and what you choose to see and not see
And in the grand scheme of thing nothing really matters only the moment
Everyone has different philosophies
It's up to you what you want you believe. just make sure it has a positive impact on your life
Awakening and enlightenment are 2 different things. Enlightenment is a process without a set point and never ends.

Light is everywhere. The seemingly darkness of empty space is light when its not reflected of an object. Case example the CMB, its everywhere. Light is invisible, until it interacts and slows from its pure infinite state.
That invisible light is the formless spirit, the clear light of the infinity where we All began as formless Awareness, just pure consciousness only I Am and Bliss. 💙🙏

SHIVA is DARKNESS. KRISHNA is reflected darkess because of the presence of MATTER.( Light is darkness, if there is nothing to reflect it.The space through which light arrives is soooo dark)
Sadhguru is not a scientist. The idea that everything should be explain in scientist ways taught in schools is discriminatory isn't it?? I want to understand things, but I don't know anything about science, but Sadhguru comes and explains darkness and light in simple words , a genius to me, and I don't feel discrimination against me.

Well yes, I agree things remained pretty vague. It's how he talks usually. Concerning what it though the there two good points: 1. You cannot understand it by processing words, as it's not explainable. It therefore needs to be experienced. 2. It kind of can be described as being totally free of boundaries and attachments.
Agree, very often some nuts add any titles they come across showing that they have not understood anything.

Enlightenment cannot be seen or understood entirely until you experience it yourself, that being said enlightenment is a neverending process, however before you can walk the path you must first awaken and find the path. If you want to understand start asking "who am I?" "Who or what am i not?" You are not your thoughts because you HAVE thoughts, you are not your body because the body belongs to you. You are not your mind because you have a mind. Keep going and remove things until you find the answer. Then like a splash of water "you" will awaken and see the truth and the illusions of the world.

The more one knows about enlightenment, the less one would talk about it. When one attains enlightenment, one would keep schtum. If one does talk about enlightenment, like Sadhguru said, they can only talk around it, not it. It's like a finger pointing to the moon, it tells you the direction in which you can find the moon, but the finger is not the moon. You must by your own effort follow the pointing finger and get to experience the moon by seeing it yourself. Any ideas you get from others what the moon is like without seeing it yourself is bound to be incomplete, or worse, wrong.

Ancient wisdom says that love knows every star by name. So through meditation and prayer, I have attached invisible fiber optic light threads from the cells in my body to the stars in the heavens. I have been streaming information from the stars ever since. The information I receive makes the information I have collected on this physical plane seem obsolete.
One can measure the amount of enlightenment (light and warmth) of a being by the amount of joy, beauty and harmony (heaven) that a being creates.
One can measure the darkness (greed/hate) one posses by the amount of misery, ugliness and conflict (hell) that one creates.
Also, big, empty, brain numbing, soul sucking numbers measure the amount of darkness (greed/hate) that a black hole in space called ego posses. Not brilliance.
And stark sterile space stations floating in emptiness and futuristic bombers measure the pride and imagination of the ego. Not intelligence.
The vampires (greed/hate) can't create joy, beauty and harmony (real intelligence) on their most brilliant (uplifting) day because they are ignorant (dead).
