What I love so much about Eckhart Tolle is his wonderful way of explaining things. He is the only spiritual teacher to help me truly understand everything in depth, and I am so grateful for his profound teachings.
The person become transparent, the light of consciousness comes through. The density of mental-emotional structure becomes transparent.
The mind movement is interspersed with spaces, for the light of consciousness to get through.
Is consciousness asleep? The consciousness is dreaming of form when it is identified with mental-emotional structure.
The earth is full of forms. The universe loves forms. But it also loves the return to the Source to know itself, the outer movement and return movement.
It's not either one or the other. We can embody within both movements. So we create, but not blindly and egoicaly. The awakened consciousness can create forms, not out of need, but out of joy like an artist. Conscious creation is beautiful.

Gradually discovering thyself by carefully realizing what thyself is not through awareness. New awareness arrives over & over again disintegrating false perceptions by revealing distortions & illusions of ext/internal space.

6 Years ago i have bought the power of now but could not understand what he elaborated and it was rather boring to read.
But now i picked the book a new earth up. And i grasped it immediately and it changed my outlook on Life

I am always appreciative of this guidance and advice. I feel like i am going through this process currently, very little of it is my own conscious doing. Things have happened that forced my perceptions of the world and myself to change multiple times in the past 3 years, I feel like i am losing my mind in both senses, in a positive way the mind is quietening, but it has also had negative effect of not being able to function well in my usual routine. I feel a great change is needed within me, but i also feel like i don't have the energy to propel this in a positive direction, and even if i need to do that, or just allow this process to happen while i try to keep functioning.

Worldviews may/will change after the "shift", so it's not strange to not be able to keep your old routines and habits, cause, it's very possible that now you see them as faulty or not nearly as important as you used to. If you're feeling like you will have mental breakdown bear in mind that it might actually be a mental breakthrough. It's a struggle, i know. Just be calm, breathe, its all alright.

@Fred Mertz Thank you. It is funny you mention sleep and just letting it happen. I had that exact thought a couple of weeks ago. I often have difficulty getting to sleep too, there's a certain elusive nature about that letting go, that i find hard to tap into most of the time. It felt lile it was a skill that i needed to develop, but i think it's much deeper than that, perhaps that peace and conntentedness with what is.
May I remind you to be joyful. Whether you do what is nesseccary or not to become more transparent today, as a mortal being your next life is still coming for you, so enjoy the moment at least once a day and when surrendered into that joy, another blockage disappears into transparency.

what i noticed is the higher/evolved? (if one wants to label this functioning as such but i like to call it as just a FUNCTION, a different way of Being, and) this way of living is more flowy. its less friction and less forceful thus its not anxiously driven life.
joy and potency of the senses (because one is able to savor life more when the mind is peaceful and spacious) come so easily.. the brain gets delighted with simple touch and youd be more intuned with inner workings of the body and mind.
the radar to which guides the senses to what REALLY matters jn life is more fine tuned and all mental illnesses disappear.
you just able to grasp and understand without much thought processes and those stale programmings no longer cloud ones awareness.
intense emotions are not there.
whats remain is clarity and transparency
and simple route to taste 'enligtenment' is to truly live for yourself and not others.. preferable if youre single because being a parent or having a partner (husband or wife) your nervous system has already been hijacked by them lol.... there is no lasting peace when youre dealing with people most of the time haha

Wow, I liked the explanation about the Universe wanting outer and return movement. Both are okay. You spend lives doing stuff, creating troubles and resolving (outwards grow), and you spend lives cleaning up, getting lighter and more aware of the source (return flow). Great to see it in this perspective :-)
This ist the reason why I always felt, that the english language is so much closer to the source. I am german, and Eckharts english spoken words get me right through the heart ! He is a genious of Love and Light!
All this human suffering just so consciousness can know itself! It’s a game I don’t want to play anymore…
Enlightenment is the removal of the dark(EGO) The light is always there. Return to the source? You cannot ever LEAVE the source. That is all there IS.

Yes, the Infinite loves form. The Infinite is non-being. The Infinite experiences great joy in making forms. The more the merrier. As it is non-being, "it" cannot begin to comprehend the horrors of being a living form. The formless part of "me" experiences that joy. The "form" part of "me" watches in horror at war, famine, disease, loneliness, starvation etc.,etc.
I love this explanation.
More to the point. Its when one becomes aware of the separation of spirit from the body. Its bazaar to say the least. But absolutely great! Afterwards not so much. You'll go through the dark night. For a while maybe a day or so you'll be very depressed but it will pass and you'll remain awake to your spirit separation.
It so hard for me to explain what God means to me, and every time someone asks me to elaborate, I sound incomprehensible 😂 So perhaps, next time, I'll just forward them this video instead 🙂

You have to be in darkness before you can be enlightened/transparent. So the gift of being identified and opaque is one of the biggest in the world. Like how we never would have known the joy of taking of our shoes.. If shoes were never invented. They keep your feet from getting damaged and they are a delight to take of.
I want to help others in a difficult situations, make some charity or fonds for others.

It seems to me as the movements of kinetic and potential energies in a pendulum in which the potential energy (the self) turns into the kinetic energy of movement (the form) but just at the moment of the maximum movement of the form it begins to pull out again and recover its former quiet and peaceful nature of the self.

To facilitate Enlightenment (transparency), that's what Shiva is for: the Deva who destroys the obstacles to transparency. Access the two foremost Shiva mantras and practice each for 5 minutes per day for 2 weeks, at least: First, " Mahamritunjaya mantra - Sacred Sound Choir", and also "Om Namah Shiva - Shivananda Adi". Enjoy the Bliss in the Source.

i think i got it.. ET tries to bring us heaven on earth.. he says we are consciousness... essence i call it.. soul.. perfume.. music.. but trapped in form says ET.. in ego.. ego is form.. the dream of form..
and we actually know ourselves getting enlightened for the first time.. when we disidentify from form.. waking up.. getting transparent.. and the light of consciousness comes through where the person was..
it is more disappearance than attainance...
so to me.. we are more ourselves when we pass, getting over a bit or a lot from body,,, colors.. music.. form... so we become pure silence, a formless essence, spirit, soul.. this is so mystical.. only advance people can reach there.. but then its a bliss.. ecstasy.. heaven.. thanks

Very good trying. Differentiation and integration happen simultaneously. They make: being. The 19th century philosophers tried to explain the Whole as a machine. The machines were the technology of that time and provided them with some way, some model for thoughts, to explain the working of the Whole as a self-standing “machine”. Today the philosophers use models that are data driven. But only the enlightened mystic has seen the Whole as pure consciousness: the creator of forms and mechanics and data but not form or mechanics or data it-Self.
In Hindsight: The answer was not quite as short as the question ;_)
