I’ve restored razors for more than 10 years professionally and never once saw a razor that rusted.
Conclusion: it was rusted on purpose for this video

More, this so called restoration is pretty much garbage. The razor looks like crap in the end. I am surprised how many amateurs commented that they liked the results.

You welcome, but it doesnt look like one of soviet union made models. Handle looks familiar to "rocket", but not the blade, blade looks like "chaika" or "STIZ", but those had different handle... Can you show a signature on the blade?
