Almost perfect race, happy with my performance.
I lost just about 45 sec to the 3rd control. The rough open area behind the track somehow didn't look right to me, and in an instant I decided to take the safe ride leading to the control. Stupid decision.
To the 6th control I should have stayed closer to the red line, but I don't think I lost much time there.

Hmmmm…your mapmakers certainly take a lot of latitude in vegetation descriptions…examples at #3 are its definitely not open land on the east of that route you took…its questionable if its even a distinct path…as it disappeared a few times…leaving 3 to the east to 4 thats certainly not slow forest initially…
