Leaving the oak trapdoors out of the materials list was completely accidental. I didn't even realize it until reading your comment, my apologies for that! The items used in the decorative area around the enclosure are just what I did for the screenshot for the thumbnail. The items for the area inside the pen that has plants/water trough/rocks/etc., I mention in the tutorial that designing that area is up to you, and you can be as creative as you want.
